Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@fashioncliq.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges

Since each item in our collection is unique, we're unable to offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a return and full refund at no cost to you.
